Antrenament saptamana 21 – inca putin si nu va mai trebuie antrenor

A treia saptamana de intervale. Sau asa zise intervale. Sau ruperi de ritm, voi hotarati cum sa spuneti.

Desi au inceput concursurile si de sosea si de MTB, continuam cu 4-5 antrenamente pe saptamana, cu scuzele de rigoare pt pierderea unei zile. E luni si acest post trebuia sa apara ieri :(

Ziua 1: Antrenament de intensitate 2h. In afara de  incalzire si revenire  ( fiecare cate 20 minute ), faceti legat 8 accelerari de 300 – 400m. Dupa fiecare dintre aceste accelerari, faceti 1600 / 1700 m revenire. In rest antrenamentul se va desfasura normal – rulaj la 60 – 70%. Singura deosebire fata de accelerarile de saptamana trecuta este ca va trebui sa treceti de 2 ori prin aproape toate pasurile (pinioanele) pe care le aveti. Ex: 19,17,16,15,19,17,16,15.

Ziua 2: Antrenament de volum 3-4h cu intensitate de 60 – 70% in care puteti sa va ucati putin cu print-uri sau “pasuri” mai mari sau mai mici dar fara sa faceti un scop in sine.

Ziua 3: Din nou antrenament cu intervale, 2h. Pe ducere 3x2000m accelerari si mentinere la o viteza constant mare ( niciodata la maxmium ) si la intoarcere alte 3x2000m. Intre cele doua serii, sa fie aproximativ 15 – 20 min de rulaj. Smecheria este sa ajungeti rapid la o viteza ridicata (in 2-300m), viteza pe care sa “simtiti” ca o puteti duce pana la finalul celor 2km. 2km tare, 3km incet

Ziua 4 – la fel ca in ziua 2

Ziua 5 – la fel ca in ziua 1

SPRINT = RIDICAT DIN SA

ACCELERARE = FUNDUL LIPIT DE SA

 

Cei care au un job dificil si programul nu le permite sa iasa zilnic pe sosele si carari de munte: ei vor continua aproximativ ca pana acum programul. Sala + outdoor biking. Cat se poate de mult in aer liber.

 

De retinut:

      • antrenamentele de sosea incep sa dureze…:)
      • hrana de traseu (buzunar) e nelipsita
      • echipati-va in asa fel incat sa nu transpirati mult
      • antrenamentele de sala dureaza 1h30-2h cu tot cu incalzire si revenire
      • faceti putin exces de antioxidanti si mai ales vitamina C in aceasta perioada plina de molimi si astenii
      • in cazul in care nu puteti sa faceti intr-o zi antrenament, nu-i nimic, continuati in urmatoarea
      • in cazul in care va e imposibil sa iesiti pe sosea cu bicicleta, continuati la sala sau acasa antrenamentele cardio cu care v-ati obisnuit toata iarna: spinning, hometrainer, banda de alergat, jogging etc

    Salutari! Foarte de folos tot ce am gasit pe site-ul tau, m-a ajutat sa clarific f multe nedumeriri. Ai povestit la Eurosport despre incidentul de pe soseaua de la Cheia si mi-a starnit curiozitatea despre alte locuri pe care le preferi pentru antrenament pe soselele din tara. Nu ducem lipsa de trasee pentru mtb dar pt 100-200km de pedalat pe o sosea in stare buna si fara surprize trebuie sa faci ceva research… Este posibil sa ai deja un articol scris despre asta? Daca nu, ar fi o contributie f buna la tot ce ai scris deja pana acum. Multumiri si mult succes! Tudor
