Antrenament saptamana 17 – incepe de miercuri :(

Intai trebuie sa-mi cer scuze. Ceea ce am spus la un moment dat ca antrenamentele ma cam incurca, este adevarat.

Dar ceea ce ma poate face sa ma iertati este timpul. Este din ce in ce mai frumos afara, mai cald si sunt sigar ca putem recupera si face 4 antrenamente in 5 zile. Mai ales ca avem si un weekend la dispozitie.

Cu alte cuvinte sa incepem.

Din acest moment ne vom imparti in 2 grupe.

Cei care au un job dificil si programul nu le permite sa iasa zilnic pe sosele si carari de munte: ei vor continua aproximativ ca pana acum programul. Sala + outdoor biking. Cat se poate de mult in aer liber iar in sala incercati incet incet sa renuntati la aparate. In momentul de fata exercitiile cardio devin primordiale. Musculatura este (ar trebui) antrenata iar maratoanele MTB bat la usa.

A doua grupa este formata din cei cu un program flexibil. Pentru ei recomand bicicleta, bicicleta si iar bicicleta. De toate formele, tipurile si greutatile.

Ramanem tot la 4-5 antrenamente saptamanale dar toate pe bike. Inca nu umblam la antrenamentele cu intervale, inca nu tragem de noi pentru ca din nou spun acelasi lucru: trebuie sa va obisnuiti de data aceasta cu 4-5 iesiti in frig si vant. Saptamana aceasta si urmatoarea. Pe urma……va trebui sa va strangeti la curelele de ratrape (vechiul sistem de prindere al piciorului in pedale) si sa va tineti bine de ghidon. VOM INCEPE FUGA :)

De retinut:

  • antrenamentele de sosea dureaza intre 2-3h
  • hrana de traseu (buzunar) e nelipsita
  • echipati-va in asa fel incat sa nu transpirati mult
  • antrenamentele de sala dureaza 1h30-2h cu tot cu incalzire si revenire
  • faceti putin exces de antioxidanti si mai ales vitamina C in aceasta perioada plina de molimi si astenii
  • in cazul in care nu puteti sa faceti intr-o zi antrenament, nu-i nimic, continuati in urmatoarea
  • in cazul in care va e imposibil sa iesiti pe sosea cu bicicleta, continuati la sala sau acasa antrenamentele cardio cu care v-ati obisnuit toata iarna: spinning, hometrainer, banda de alergat, jogging etc
Daca ti-a placut, da mai departe.

    Sunt putin panicat :D
    Am facut antrenamente cam din octombrie, iar saptamana trecuta am fost la fotbal si nu stiu de ce dar parca ma sufocam. Recunosc ca am avut doua saptamani (cam pe la Craciun) in care am facut doar 2 antrenamente in loc de 4-5, dar totusi m-asteptam sa fiu mai in vana.
    Sa raman panicat sau sa ma linistesc ? :) )

      Nu cred ca trebuie sa fii panicat. Daca ai facut antrenamente atunci e bine. Poate fi doar o mica oboseala, astenie sau pur si simplu o zi mai slaba. Exista posibilitatea ca ponderea mai mare a antrenamentelor cu bicicleta la un ritm constant sa nu fie cea mai buna pregatire pt un fotbal :) ). Dar stai linistit, pe bicicleta este altceva. Sper :)
