Aminoacizii –

Stiti care este restaurantul preferat al unui sportiv?  farmacia (magazinul de suplimente) :)

Nu se poate face sport de performanta sau cat de cat serios (urmarind anumite obiective si incercand sa cresti de la cursa la cursa, de la antrenament la antrenament) fara sa suplimentam alimentatia cu cate ceva: aminoacizi, vitamine, minerale, carbohidrati.

Aminoacizii sunt probabil nu cei mai importanti, dar singurii care nu prea pot lipsi din bagajul sportivului. Ei sunt cei din care fibra musculara extrage hrana, cei care dau posibilitatea muschiului sa se refaca si sa evolueze. Doctorii si culturistii (poate nu sunteti de acord cu asocierea dar sa stiti ca putini stiu despre muschi mai multe decat culturistii) spun ca muschii trebuie sa fie tot timpul intr-o baie de aminoacizi, sa-si ia de acolo cand vor si cat vor.

Exista aminoacizi si aminoacizi, esentiali, neesentiali si alte posibilitati de categorisire dar astea toate le puteti gasi pe site-uri specializate cu detalii si fff multe amanunte. Eu spun aici doar cum cred eu ca e mai bine sa te folosesti de amino in ciclism.

In primul rand trebuie sa gasesti un produs care iti place, cu care se impaca mai bine corpul tau. Nu poti face acest lucru decat incercand produse, avand incredere in cunoscuti care-ti recomanda sau orientandu-te asupre unor produse si branduri de calitate.

In al 2lea rand trebuie sa ne inarmam cu rabdare. Aminoacizii se iau toata ziua (unii obsedati chiar si toata noaptea ). Deci cand ti-aduci aminte si esti pe langa ei mai inghite 2-3 boabe :) :) .

Trebuie sa retinem urmatoarele lucruri

  • BCAA trebuie luati doar inainte si dupa antrenament, nu e otrava daca-i luati altfel dar asa ajuta cel mai bine
  • aminoacizii complex trebuie luati mereu, pe tot parcursul zilei, dar incercati sa nu fie aproape de masa. Inainte cu ceva timp sau dupa cu ceva timp. Altfel isi pierd din eficacitate, timpul lor optim de absorbtie fiind modificat de digerarea alimentelor
  • Glutamina este un alt aminoacid pe care-l puteti lua separat si in cantitate mai mare. Se spune ca glutamina este aminoacidul sportivilor, fiind foarte importanta in refacere post-efort
  • Arginina este super aminoacid. De ce spun asta. Este si hepatoprotector si ajuta si la eliberarea naturala a homonului de crestere. Dupa ultimile studii (discutie cu dr Stoian de la centrul de medicina sportiva – fost doctor al lotului olimpic de caiac-canoe) este cel mai bine sa fie luata seara, in cantitate mai mare, pentru a-si face efectul fara sa fie deranjata in timpul noptii cand organismul se presupune ca se odihneste – adio Gaya, Bamboo, Tribute & co :)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As vrea sa repet ca aceste pareri sunt doar sugestii si ca fac referire la sportivul de performanta, care dupa aproape fiecare competitie este epuizat si incearca sa ajunga din nou la parametrii optimi de efort in cat mai scurt timp.

 

 

 

 

 

ps: sportul de anduranta este sportul care dureaza de la 2 ore in sus, facand efort continuu, tragand de tine, avand tot timpul stresul trecerii timpului sau al altor concurenti pe langa tine. Daca faci 10h “la mana ta” atunci poti manca si mere de prin curtile oamenilor :)

    - Sportivii profesionisti se presupune ca stiu ce fac sau lucreaza cu un doctor. Stiu cand, cat si ce sa ia. Dar cu amatorii cum ramane? Daca vreau eu sa iau aminoacizi ma apuc de luat, asa, de capul meu?
    - Aminoacizii astia de care pomenesti sunt buni si pentru alergatori sau inotatori? Cred ca te urmaresc si triatlonisti si ar fi si ei interesati de sfaturi.
